BBQ Lessons

What Episode 7 teaches.

The best grill captain does not defeat fire by yelling. He controls the setup.

Prepare a cooler zone

A safe side of the grill lets you move food away from flames quickly.

Keep the grill clean

Grease and residue can feed flare-ups. Clean before and after cooking.

Stay calm

Move food, manage heat, and use the lid properly. Panic makes timing worse.
